As a passionate educator and practitioner, Anthony has been recognised by both industry professionals and students for his contribution to Psychology.

Anthony has won The Psychometric Forum's Research Excellence Award for his work on developing a new psychometric test to match employees to teams. Students at Arden University also awarded Anthony the Outstanding Student Support by an Academic Member of Staff award for his contribution to student's learning experience.
